Opening Day Scores and Highlights

The Major Yankees put on a hitting clinic on Saturday as they downed the Cardinals 14-1.  The tone was set early as
 Austin W. took one deep over the left field cones for a solo HR to lead off the game.  Jacob V. followed with a double that one hopped the wall and the Yanks never looked back.  Pitching and defense were also dominant as Trey P. made 2 unreal plays at SS!  Brandon R. of the Cardinals also hit a solo HR deep over the left center field cones! 
 
The Major White Sox beat up on the Rangers Saturday 10-1.  The White Sox had solid hitting throughout the lineup and played great defense en route to their first win of the young season.  Bailey W. and Creighton S. were the offensive stars in this one.  

The Minor Diamondbacks beat the Dodgers on Saturday 4-2.  Great pitching was the theme in this one as both teams held one another throughout.  
 
The Minor Braves defeated the White Sox 9-0.
